Modus Vivendi is a small Agrotourism house in the heart of Psematismenos Village, Larnaca District, Cyprus. Only 2km from the sea and 20km from the main Larnaca Airport. At almost equal distance from the three main cities of Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia (approx. 30km). A prominent architect and his wife, a Lausanne Hotel School Graduate, decided to create these unique five suites/houses next to their village house at Psematismenos. His great love for traditional Cyprus architecture and history and his deep knowledge of local vernacular as well as his involvement as a designer in the hospitality industry on the island has pushed him to create this unique real Cyprus space. She is known for her flair and organizational skills in social and cultural events. Together they collect contemporary Cypriot Art, they love cooking and entertaining their friends and family. Yiannos' hobby is pottery and Christiana's painting. The couple has three adorable children. The agrotourism space is reconstructed from scratch with lots of love and professional knowhow, Yiannos Anastassiou being a renowned architect has created a peaceful parenthesis in the agitated touristic coastal area between Larnaca and Limassol. On the other hand his wife Christiana Anastassiou with her special eye for detail she helped in the decoration and achievement of this extraordinary atmosphere that one can feel throughout the whole complex.
